I am wondering if the fabric frenzy sale scheduled in Edmonton for May 4th will still be going ahead as planned. Of course with the Covid 19 pandemic people are worried about social distancing and I do not see how the sale can go ahead unless you limit it to less than 50 people . I have been to the sale in previous years and it is always packed with people so I dont see how you can arrange it so that there is the proper social distancing. I really was looking forward to the sale but understand if it is cancelled as nearly everything else has been too.

I work for City of Edmonton and we are partnering with SAGE (with community volunteers) to sew Covid reusable washable masks for low income families in Capital Region Housing, Community Hubs, and community Centres. I am enquiring about possible donations or low cost fabric for this project. I’d like to talk with someone….

I was wondering if you will be holding your fabric frenzie this year and if so what date would it be?

Hello, we haven’t set a date for an indoor fabric sale this spring. Watch this space for announcements as we are planning pop-up sales.
