If you haven’t attended, then you are in for a treat. Spring may have just arrived but in between the nice summer days and cool evenings, our members, and our sister group, Eastside Grannies, are already busy creating beautiful pieces. These items and many more will be ready for our market on October 24, 2026 at Southminster Steinhaur United Church.
The Grandmothers of Alberta for a New Generation (GANG) is a non-profit organization committed to raising funds for the Stephen Lewis Foundation. This vital foundation partners directly with grassroots organizations in sub-Saharan Africa that support grandmothers caring for their grandchildren who have been orphaned by AIDS. All profits support the Stephen Lewis Foundation’s Grandmothers Campaign. This effort is more important than ever, especially given the recent challenges faced by aid organizations.
